Definitive Technology UIW RSS III Overview
Definitive Technology's UIW 63/A in-ceiling speaker is designed to provide excellent sound throughout the entire home. It features a high-output 6-1/2-inch woofer and 1 inch pure aluminum dome tweeter. Its phase-coherent link-riley crossover network makes it ideal for front-, surround-, and center-channel use.
Definitive Technology UIW RSS III Features
The RSS III's innovative design includes a curved bipolar array. The resulting soundstage is 360 degrees in size and scope, and walls seem to vanish. The curved angle of the bipolar array also helps improve dispersion throughout the room. Moreover, the driver arrays can be rotated 90 degrees to improve sound dispersion.
The UIW RSS III Reference In-Ceiling/In-Wall Bipolar Speakers by Definitive Technology are designed to provide immersive surround sound in custom-built home theaters.
