Do you price match if I find it cheaper elsewhere?

Share a valid quote from an authorised dealer and we will do our best. That is the whole policy, and the two words that matter in it are "valid" and "authorised".

Why those two words carry the weight. A grey-import screenshot, an expired listing, or a phone price that quietly evaporates at billing is not a quote; it is bait, and matching bait helps nobody. The comparison that means something is like for like: a sealed unit, sold through the brand's authorised channel, with a GST invoice and India warranty as per brand and distributor policy. Strip any of those away and the two prices are for two different products, even if the model number matches.

Where the difference usually hides. Grey stock arrives without India warranty, which on an AVR means a board failure in year two is your problem entirely. Open-box or "display" units at a discount are sometimes fine and sometimes the reason the previous buyer returned it. Prices quoted without GST look sharper until the invoice arrives. None of this is dishonest on the seller's part necessarily; it is just not the same purchase.

On a like-for-like basis we are already among the sharpest in the market, and I say that with the caveat that "already" is not "always". Distributors move prices, and if an authorised quote beats ours on the same terms, send it. We would rather have the conversation than lose a customer to a difference we could have closed.

What we will not do is match against a number that cannot be verified, or announce a "lowest price guaranteed" line that nobody in this trade can actually back.

So the practical step: WhatsApp us the quote itself, dealer name visible, and the model number. We check it and reply with what we can do. Usually the same day, and usually with the same or better answer.
