One email to the brand confirms it. Ask them to put it in writing.
2. What do independent reviews say about the seller?
Not the reviews on the seller's own website. Check Google, Trustpilot, MouthShut and consumer forums.
3. Which importer supplied this unit?
Service networks and turnaround times differ between importers. Ask.
4. What happens if the product never ships?
Get the refund policy in writing, before you pay.
5. Is the unit brand-new or refurbished?

Stock & delivery
In stock and ready to ship. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days, with insured delivery across India (₹500 flat-rate shipping).
Large or heavy freight items (big floorstanders, projection screens, large subwoofers) can take longer and may be quoted separately — we'll confirm the exact timeline and delivery cost for your pincode before you pay.
Professional calibration
AV Kart is one of the only retailers in India offering studio-grade audio calibration — most online sellers don't offer it at all. It's a genuine paid service, tiered by complexity:
- Level 1 — Standard calibration: manual AVR-based tuning for typical setups.
- Level 2 — Advanced room correction (REW or Dirac Live, depending on your AVR/processor): custom correction filters, priced by system size and configuration.
- Level 3 — Precision verification (REW-based setups only): adds a UMIK-1 measurement mic to verify and fine-tune results. Not offered on Dirac Live systems, since distance/delay settings aren't user-adjustable there.
Pricing depends on your system size and level. In-person visits are available in Delhi NCR / North India; remote guided calibration — where you help take measurements with a mic — is available anywhere in India.
